Samuel & Sons Passementerie is a leading importer, designer, and distributor of  fine trims  for interior design. Exclusive collections are created with materials such as silk, wool, glass and jade.  Our diverse collection features over 20,000 different trims that are eagerly sought after by designers, and architects for private residences as well as commercial projects.

Samuel & Sons is headquartered in New York City and Founded in 1982 by Sam Cohen. It was originally an extension of M&J Trimming before moving uptown to the design district in 1998. After the move, new exclusive collections were created, and continue to be created and marketed worldwide.

Continuing the trimming design legacy, Sam, along with his two eldest sons, Michael and Hymie, take great pride in creating innovative designs to reflect both  traditional and modern styles. Classics are interpreted with a modern twist, and traditional items are given new life.

Featured among collections are design lines by Lori Weitzner, showcasing her modern romantic style. Custom items are also available upon request to provide designers with the perfect accompaniment to their interiors.
